If paying by check, please make bank check payable to Iartexpo and mail to the above address.

If paying by Pay Pal, please pay to:

If you are selected by our jury, you will have to pay for participation fee

You will receive the amount due for application, not later than 24 hours after selection.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PARTICIPATION.

A. The entry fee is non-refundable.

B. Iartexpo gallery shall be responsible for the safe keeping of all consigned artwork while they are in its custody.

C. All artwork must be received by the drop off/delivery date or the artwork may not be included in the exhibit.

D. Iartexpo gallery is not liable for any damage to artwork while in transit.  Any damage of artwork sustained during transit will be noted and the artist will be noticed immediately.

E. Iartexpo gallery will take a small commission 12% in all sales.

F. Payment to artist for work sold will be made upon the clear receipt of the purchasing funds from the buyer  + 10 days processing time.

G. Return shipping will be paid by the artist.

H. Iartexpo shall have the right to use for its purpose any image(s) of any artwork that is photographed on its premises. Artists will retain all rights in terms of attribution and ownership of any image of their making in all other respects except those stated herein.
